Set up your account
Download the 1THING app and set up your account.

Call from your regular number
Make and receive calls from clients on the number you already use.

Choose whether to record
Decide call by call — no robotic “this call is being recorded” announcement interrupting your conversation.

1THING writes it up
After the call you get a Summary (add to notes), a Follow-up (add to activity), and a new contact — if that number isn’t in your CRM yet.

Hit “Add”
Select Add and your database updates itself. No more admin work after calls.
