How usage works
No surprises hidden behind the plan cards.
At the limit
The call in progress finishes and still gets its write-up. After that the Assistant pauses until your reset date, and calls to your forwarded number go to voicemail instead of ringing you. Turn forwarding off if you'd rather have your phone to yourself until the reset. The CRM is never blocked.
What counts
Assistant time is the time spent listening to your calls and writing them up. Voicemails don't count — they're never recorded or transcribed, so there's nothing to charge you for.
Billing
When you first start a paid plan you're charged that day, and your renewal falls on the same date each month after. Moving up a plan later takes effect immediately and is charged only for the days left in your current month. Moving down waits until your next renewal, so you keep what you've already paid for.
